CETIM is pleased to note that the analyses of Mr. Pūras are in line with ours, developed over many years on this fundamental right. As the Rapporteur rightly points out, it is essential today to identify the major determinants of physical and mental health in poverty and inequalities between and within countries. This is even more important in the context of the current crisis linked to the COVID-19 pandemic.
