World Day for Safety and Health at Work

28 April is World Day for Safety and Health at Work. Today, more than ever, these issues are crucial for a large part of humanity. Indeed, in light of the new risks generated by the Covid-19 crisis, it is time to review and rethink these questions.

– Consequent loss of earnings on wages

– short-time working and or consequences of job loss

– poor adaptation of work at home

– psychosocial risks.

Not to mention in some countries: forced labour, child labour, illegal work, etc.

CETIM has been working on these essential issues for a long time, in particular through its books :

“The UN Declaration on the Rights of Peasants” published in 2019 as an e-pub (e-book) version in English which can be downloaded for free on our website
