Geneva, 2.11.2021 – From 25 to 29 October UN member states continued the negotiations to elaborate an international Legally Binding Instrument to regulate, in international human rights law, the activities of transnational corporations including all entities in their global production chains.
This historic process celebrated its seventh session of the Open-Ended Intergovernmental Working Group hosted by the Human Rights Council in the Palais des Nations in Geneva.
