In reference to the report presented by the Special Rapporteur on Internally Displaced Persons, CETIM expresses its deep concern about the human rights situation of Afro-descendant communities in Colombia. We wish to emphasize with particular attention the dynamics of forced displacement that affect the rights of the Afro-Colombian population living in the Pacific coastal region.
