Published 3 times a year, this newsletter introduces our upcoming lectures and conferences to the members and to the partners of the CETIM, as well as our latest publications, those of our partners and our work at the UN (Human Rights Council and its mechanisms) and elsewhere.  It is available in English, French and Spanish.

2015 CETIM Bulletin 50 (A4)
    CONTENT: This newsletter deals with some of the main questions related to the recognition of the right to land in a special issue on the occasion of the new publication of the CETIM (The Right to Land, 2014, Human Rights Series). This bulletin contains an interview with Federico Pacheco, leader of the SOC-SAT (Andalusia, Spain). It also reviews the results of the second session of the intergovernmental working group on the rights of peasants that was held in February in Geneva and analyzes the content of the new draft Declaration, in particular its provisions on the right to land. Finally, a new publication in the PubliCETIM collection is presented: the book of Yash Tandon, Le commerce, c'est la guerre.

CONTENT: This newsletter reviews the recent initiatives in September at the UN to oppose "vulture funds" as well as the presence in November in Geneva of La Vía Campesina leaders to support the Declaration on the rights of peasants during the informal consultations organized in the Palais des Nations. You will also find in this bulletin information on the lawsuit filled with the ICC against Chevron for its crimes in Ecuador and the UN asking Guatemala for explanation over repression against CODECA. Some new publications of the "Pensées d'Hier pour Demain" Collection are also presented.

    CONTENT: This newsletter reviews two important victories at the Human Rights Council in June with the renewal of the mandate of the intergovernmental working group on the rights of peasants and the creation of a new intergovernmental working group to develop an international binding instrument on transnational corporations and human rights. The written statement submitted by the CETIM on the case of Coca Cola in Colombia is also reproduced. Some new publications of the CETIM are presented.

CONTENT: This newsletter presents the CETIM's actions at the UN in terms of rights of peasants during the last six months. It reviews in particular the evolution of the intergovernmental negotiations on the draft Declaration, a process in which the CETIM has strongly involved itself since ten years with its partner La Via Campesina. this newsletter also presents the statements of the CETIM to the Human Rights Council to denounce the situation in the rural areas of Guatemala and Colombia.
