Oral statement: Draft Treaty on TNCs and their human rights value chain

3rd session of the Intergovernmental Working Group to elaborate an international legally binding instrument on transnational corporations and other business enterprises (23-27 October 2017).

The Global Campaign to Claim Peoples’ Sovereignty, Dismantle the Power of Transnational Corporations and End their Impunity, an international network of which CETIM is a member and which brings together more than 200 members, representatives of victims, affected communities and social movements from around the world, has submitted to the Working Group its draft Treaty on TNCs and their human rights value chain.
