The CETIM has been fighting for nearly 20 years in favour of binding standards for transnational corporations (TNCs) and this is one of the main objectives of the Global Campaign. As such, we support the process initiated within the Intergovernmental Working Group tasked with drafting a legally binding international instrument on transnational corporations and reaffirm our support for your presidency.
