The dissolution of Soulèvements de la Terre is cancelled

Last April, CETIM and the Confédération Paysanne appealed to the UN’s human rights protection mechanisms for, among other things, the cancellation of the dissolution of the mouvement “Soulèvements de la Terre”.

Today we learn that the French Conseil d’Etat has annulled the dissolution of Soulèvements de la Terre, pronounced by the Minister of the Interior last June. A great victory for all activists defending the land and earth against this predatory economic system!

The struggle pays off!

Now, CETIM and the Confédération paysanne will continue to work against mega-basins projects – promoted by the agribusiness sector – and for the respect of the rights of French family farmers.
